1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Terms defined in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "yyy77" means the online gaming platform operated at yyy77.co, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and authorised representatives.
• "Platform" means the yyy77 website, all associated web pages, mobile browser interfaces, APIs, and any other product or service provided by yyy77 under the yyy77.co domain.
• "Account" means the individual, personal, non-transferable gaming account registered and maintained by a Player on the yyy77 Platform.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered, or is attempting to register, an Account on the yyy77 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means Philippine Peso funds deposited by a Player into their yyy77 Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by yyy77, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body under whose licence yyy77 operates.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required of all Players prior to withdrawal.
• "Services" means all gambling, gaming, sports betting, and related services offered through the yyy77 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the yyy77 Platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the yyy77 Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

yyy77 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players by notice displayed on the Platform and, where possible, by email to the registered address on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to create an Account and use the yyy77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You are not listed on any PAGCOR self-exclusion register or other gaming exclusion database;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of yyy77 or any of its partner game providers;
• You are not using the Platform for any commercial or professional gambling purpose on behalf of a third party;
• You hold a valid Philippine government-issued ID — UMID, passport, driver's licence, or PhilHealth ID — for KYC verification purposes;
• You have not previously had a yyy77 Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

yyy77 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, yyy77 may suspend or close the Account pending verification.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each Player may hold only one Account on the yyy77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Information

All information provided during Account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. yyy77 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide, upon request:

• A copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate not older than 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or bank account in your name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by yyy77 for AML or PAGCOR compliance purposes.

Withdrawal Prerequisite

Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. yyy77 targets KYC review completion within 1–2 Philippine business days of receiving all required documents. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in Account suspension.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yyy77 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. yyy77 will never contact you by phone, email, or social media to ask for your password or OTP codes.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party;
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account;
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not reused on other websites — particularly not your GCash PIN;
• You must enable SMS two-factor authentication on your yyy77 Account;
• You must notify yyy77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

yyy77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that yyy77 has not been negligent in the protection of your Account data on its own systems.

6 Deposits, Withdrawals & Funds

All transactions on the yyy77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). yyy77 does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum GCash or Maya deposit is ₱100;
• Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding yyy77 gaming activity and may not be immediately withdrawn without sufficient wagering activity;
• yyy77 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility;
• Deposits from payment methods not in your name are prohibited. yyy77 may return and block funds from unverified sources.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposit that have been verified in your KYC;
• A completed KYC is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed;
• yyy77 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal completion within 60 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution;
• yyy77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals of unusually large amounts;
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus under which they were generated.

Fund Segregation

Pursuant to PAGCOR licensing requirements, all Player funds deposited at yyy77 are held in segregated bank accounts entirely separate from yyy77's operational funds. This ensures that Player balances are protected from the company's commercial financial obligations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

yyy77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to its terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "playthrough requirements") which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g. 30×) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified per promotion;
• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso to the Bonus Balance of your Account;
• Multiple simultaneous bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms;
• Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is eligible for welcome bonuses;
• yyy77 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or reclaim any bonus that yyy77 reasonably believes was obtained through fraudulent or abusive means;
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in each promotion's terms. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonuses expire and are removed from your Account upon the stated date;
• Participation in yyy77 promotions is limited to eligible registered Players who have completed KYC and are physically located in the Philippines.

8 Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on the yyy77 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. The following general provisions apply to all games:

• Bets are final once confirmed. yyy77 will not cancel a bet after confirmation except in cases of verified system error;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects game integrity, yyy77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Players;
• All slot game RTP figures published by yyy77 represent long-term theoretical return values as certified by the game studio's testing laboratory. Short-term results will naturally deviate from these figures;
• Live dealer game results are governed by the physical outcomes of the dealing, spinning, or rolling event as verified by yyy77's live dealer platform provider;
• Sports betting odds are set at yyy77's discretion and may change without notice prior to the settlement of a bet. Accepted odds are binding at the time of bet confirmation;
• In-play sports bets are accepted subject to the live market's availability. yyy77 may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yyy77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of your balance, and reporting of the activity to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities where required:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Allowing another person to use your Account or using another person's Account;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) as amended;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other automated means to access, interact with, or exploit the Platform or its games;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers an error must cease play and report it to yyy77 support immediately;
• Colluding with other Players in any game, particularly in live dealer poker or other competitive formats;
• Using the Platform for commercial gambling operations on behalf of third parties;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using the same payment method across multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering to meet wagering requirements with minimal financial risk.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

yyy77 may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft;
• At the request of the Player for self-exclusion purposes;
• At the direction of PAGCOR or any Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authority;
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to yyy77.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Where closure results from breach of these Terms, yyy77 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting yyy77 support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 1–2 business days, and any Real Money Balance is returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days of closure confirmation.

11 Responsible Gaming

yyy77 takes its responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR licensing seriously. The following tools and policies form part of yyy77's responsible gaming programme and are available to all registered Players through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that restrict the maximum amount a Player can deposit within the chosen period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. yyy77 will automatically suspend a Player's ability to place further wagers once the set loss limit is reached;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum gaming session durations with automatic logout upon reaching the set limit;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during play showing elapsed session time and net profit or loss;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary pause on gaming activity for 1, 7, 14, or 30 days without permanently closing the Account.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the yyy77 Platform — including but not limited to the yyy77 name, logo, trade dress, website design, written content, game interfaces, graphics, software, and data — is the proprietary property of yyy77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written authorisation from yyy77;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Using the yyy77 name, logo, or brand assets for any commercial purpose without written consent;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.

13 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yyy77 expressly excludes liability for:

• Gambling losses incurred by Players as a result of using the Platform — gambling inherently involves financial risk and no guarantee of winnings is made or implied;
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other financial institution;
• Loss or corruption of Account data resulting from circumstances beyond yyy77's reasonable control;
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit yyy77's liability for death or personal injury caused by yyy77's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law. In all other cases, yyy77's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

yyy77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. yyy77's collection and use of your personal data is governed by the yyy77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Identity and contact information for KYC and account management purposes;
• Financial transaction data for payment processing and AML compliance;
• Gaming activity data for account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting;
• Technical data (IP address, device information, browser type) for security and platform optimisation purposes.

15 Amendments to These Terms

yyy77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where PAGCOR regulations require advance notification to players of material changes. The version of the Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time constitutes the current binding Terms.

Where yyy77 makes material changes to these Terms, a notice will be displayed on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days prior to the effective date of the change. Players who do not accept the revised Terms may close their Account and withdraw their Real Money Balance before the effective date without penalty.

Continuing to use the yyy77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the yyy77 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution

In the first instance, Players with a complaint or dispute are encouraged to contact yyy77 Customer Support via live chat or email at [email protected]. yyy77 commits to acknowledging all formally lodged complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 Philippine business days.

PAGCOR Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally with yyy77, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, yyy77 is subject to PAGCOR's adjudication of player complaints.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute not resolved through the above processes, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and specifically the Regional Trial Court of Metro Manila.
